At the shareholder's meeting...

Paul indicated that when it came to dilution (504 sales of shares), that neither he nor the company had anything to do with the stock price once those shares hit the open market... that once Spooz sold the shares to the financiers (at a discount of 30%, if I remember correctly), things were completely out of their (Spooz's) hands. So - your theory of an agreement with financiers that would limit how quickly they sold the shares into the market is a possibility, but it goes completely against what he said @ the company meeting.

I think that what Wing posted earlier from Paul was true - that the company had reached their $1M limit of dilution and that Spooz was finished diluting. Of course - that didn't mean that the financiers were finished selling. I think that they held their shares back @ the announcement of the TT deal in order to let the share price climb. Then they probably decided to release their shares in the hopes that the demand would absorb the supply and keep the share price high. Obviously - that didn't happen. And I'm not surprised because historically (with SPZI at least) the run-up in share price due to a PR is usually very short-lived.

I think that the simple law of supply & demand is at work here... and until the supply is fixed (that is - until the financiers have unloaded the majority of their shares) I think the pps will hover in this area. Of course - the other side of the equation - demand - can come into play with more PR's... and those could cause the share price to creep up (and stay up) if the supply is depleted/fixed. Of course, I think the best way to increase demand is to have revenues (and - for the record - Renevatio's come-back saying that revenues might not help the share price is total bull-whack http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=20484142 smile)... and the only way we'll get revenue's is to get subscriptions... and the only way to get those is to release the product... which is suppose to occur within the next 14 days. And yes - the other way to get revenues is with SWARM.

Have a great weekend everyone.
