That's right, and I think that's why the share price is so ridiculously low in comparison to the apparent prospects of the company. No one trusts the management to hold the share count down, and no one can predict how high it will go next. If Jim could hold it down and make a promise not to dilute beyond a certain point, I think the price would rise fairly quickly, even given the lack of trust that Jim so deservedly has engendered among the current shareholder base.
