In my opinion RA is a visionary ,he sees a need to change the way America travels. Eventually I see airlines not allowing luggage with flights due to security concerns however he saw this many many years ago. I believe that he wants shareholders to gain monetarily as well as see his company succeeding. Dillution is a nessessity at this point given the unknown forces that are plotting his and USXP's demise. I mean even you would have to admit that a 21 million dollar fine plus expulsion from ever running a small company again is extremely excessive but enough to shut the company down which what appears to be these unknown sources goal. I mean Citibank and Knight Securities were fined 2 million each for their problems and Citibank was dealing with illegal Naked shorters for 3 years and probably made billions and they knew about it but still a measley 2 million dollar fine.
