Looks like out of Washington State....lots of arab businessmen have contacts in WA, in fact some have even gone to University in Seattle, some BIG time arab businessmen too---for instance:

So if an Arab website is hosted there, IMO I do not find that particularly and/or highly suspect. IF it was based in Windsor, Harrow, or Colchester Ontario, THEN we might have to raise an eyebrow. JMHO
