WOW. I do not understand this letter's meaning. Let me start by saying if you are paying all the bills of another co. without having a signed contract, AND, you are not having someone in your company in contact with them EVERY day, you are not qualified to be in the merger and aquisition field. He is once again proving that he is not qualified to be the CEO of this CO. He does not have the experience or capacity. I believe in his integrity, but he is blinded by his vision, not enhanced. He got snookered again, by a co. that is not doing any business, and then blew him off and signed another deal the next day with another co. "Benefit of the doubt" are you serious? The told Phil to go take a hike and went with another co. They used Phil to get a better deal elsewhere because once again NMKT has to many irons in the fire for Phil to manage with his lack of experience, so they used NMKT to move on. Phil, THEY DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.wake up, open your eyes, YOUR PLAN IS NOT WORKING. (see george bush). You are embarrassing yourself In any other NASDAQ, or NYSE co. a CEO who has Phils track record would be gone. MR. DIGI TECH, i HOPE YOUR PHONE IS RINGING TO JOIN THE B.O.D. Clay
