Yup its bad management. But, who the hell has even heard of this company. I travel with my company, and never once was it suggested that I could have a company pick up my bags for about $150, and have them ready for me at my destination. I don't think it is an unreasonable expense, and I am willing to bet most of the executives in my company would go for it. It's such a hassle traveling with your luggage when you are going on business trips, and we have people coming from Europe all the time that land at 6:00 am and have to be at a meeting at 8:00, so instead of checking into their hotel room, they come straight to the conference pulling their luggage behind them, and its a hassle.
Now that I have a few shares of stock in this company, it would be unethical for me to go to management and say hey there is this company, so what are they doing to get the word out? Not enough if you ask me!
