your kidding, right?

a .01 move on a .05 stock is a 20% increase.

a .01 move on a 1.25 stock is a 0.8% increase.

Don't people know that a stocksplit an either direction has no bearing on the stock itself. Its a relative number.

The only thing that is of concern here is dilution.

How and why they dilute a stock is what is important.

And that pesky preferred share thing.
