umn.to +.59 to C$8.53. Slightly above offer of US7.75/C$8.25. Going to hold. I like mgmt and want the spinoff. Mgmt will go with the spinoff, I assume. Areva is pretty big and a govt owned entity. I think UMN.to mgmt is too aggressive for them. Bobwins
