Trading like this is normal when no one can confirm the number of shares out. There is no such thing as legal or illegal shares. The court will decide a remedy or a settlement will take place. In either case there will be no buyback of shares.I have been through this several times. The massive dilution we must pray is over. Moving the stock from here will take time. It will be like moving a 10,000 lb. elephant. On the bright side if the company plays it straight we will all be fine. Notice the company has made no effort to have meeting with brokage firm to get someone on this stock from a long term
