The buyout/merger details are still being negotiated, and there are still no guarantees a transaction will be finalized.

I believe this post came up misssing, so i'll make a copy of this one for matt to review is needed.

This is nothing but a trail lined with carrots (not to be confused with carats) and nothing but (dead money).
