Yes an audit in a few weeks numbers are ok LISTEN ok OS is UP, yes we have debt a few hundered thousand listen. But nobody knows which way it will swing including Matin, I wouldn't buy anything at this point, and I actually asked him what do you think buy all you can at 35 and he said he can't tell me to either buy or sell, but it sure seemed from his voice that it was a neutral. It wasn't he usual Yeah buy buy buy. It was real honest numbers, debt, and bla bla bla and next couple of conventions. I'm DA real deal people.
