It is steep, and I don't like the way it's happening; he's gone from having a relatively small stake in the company to a big stake. But my point is that CEOs with big stakes in companies aren't necessarily bad things.

Its just that the way he's doing it makes the common shareholders feel screwed over, especially given the other things that are happening.
