Agreed with beerdup---too many crybabies on here that are bitter that they have developed buyer's remorse. You're running to the SEC because of a lack of a PR. There is no proof of any wrong doing. We don't know either way if foul play has been committed. Grow up people, you can't run to your big brother to go beat up Dr. C if you have no proof that anything bad happened...

Sorry to be the bad guy with those comments, but what solid evidence to you have (good or bad) on the status of this company?

I obviously can't stop any of you from filing your complaints, but make sure you provide solid evidence that fraud has been committed---other than a missed interview in March.
