That was in a book I recently read. Talking about playing with free money from the house as investors like to do.

"1. Invest money into an asset using accelerators.
2. Get the original investment money back (exit strategy).
3. Keep control of the original asset.
4. Move the money into a new asset.
5. Get the investment money back.
6. Repeat the process."

Of course on this site it's just labeled as getting your seed money out.

Hindsight is nice to see that I could have tripled my hmgp share count with the highs and now lows. However fear and greed blind from most smart investing. And most in hmgp that post regularly here don't want to risk losing ground in trying that strategy.
