If Phoenix used stock to purchase companies that will add value long term how can that be defined as "expect less"? I expect more, much more and am looking forward to PR'S to find out what our stock has purchased us. Also, as we grow, I expect to see more defined divisions of PBLS. I expect to see more revenue with greater profit. I expect to see more transparency. I expect to see more addition to management with quality personal the will lead this Phoenix to great heights. So when the share structure is released, I expect to see much more than a number, I expect to see great additions of companies and management. I'll leave the less up to others...

Wow, the company using stock to purchase assets is being treated like Cornwell Capital spiral financing...I have to say Phoenix gets its balls busted even when they man up and produce.
