if SSTP is the play then as a USSE share holder you should be a little upset because before you, as a shareholder of USSE would have been shareholder of SSTP based on dividend in direct proportion. Now USSE only has 600 million. who has the rest- if the O/S is 1.2 billion or 2 billion I dont know which is the right number.

My guess is John and John would be the major shareholders of SSTP outside the USSE connection. There is more to the story than what is obvious to a common share holder.
