greeney I was in FRPT they had more going for a RS the AMEP. Amep first must prove itself FRPT did as it was getting BIG gov contract ackin to hitting big wells. We need to see more then one well to get a RS that will benifit the entire company and not just the board and anyone who gets to acquire shares at a reduced amount. That is why I earlier suggested warrants be tied to all shares on the RS.
