The one thing that concerns me is the preferred shares in the last A/S raise. Originally there were 5 million preffered shares, I wonder if he raised the preferred to keep control of the company though the preferred voting rights or can he use them for stealth dilution with say a conversion to common shares at 100,000 to 1.
