Since Mr. Horner has become a part of AMEP...everything on the accounting and presentation to the SEC has been smooth sailing. The last few filings, the BDC change, all this legal wrangling, and now the R/S. Everything has been done in the best interest of EVERYBODY involved with this venture. Clearly, there are things going down with the numbers that will be fully explained at the right time and which do not meet the eye right now. This gathering of support to suggest a proposal on behalf of the shareholders is as premature as suggesting AMEP at 1.00/share...typical blowhard nonsense. These guys know what they are doing, they are going to come back with a reasonable proposal that is fair for everybody, and right now, they are taking care of their Company (with the PRE) for damn good reason. Why doesn't everybody go out and have some fun and stop worrying about this stuff until something definitive is proposed...and then as if it were some mystifying experience we vote and have our say!!?? In the meantime...stop trippin!
