concerns and clarifications??? i talked to an ameritrade rep and she told me that we are not getting a 1 for 1 dividend. she said it was an exchange, our ptel share for whatever we were getting. the way i understood her is that we are still going to have the same amount of shares but in a different company. also the "news" states that this is a 1 for 1 exchange. could this be right? for the record i am a long time mdfy shareholder and I have been following this board for a long time. thanks dan
