Wonder if JC has contacted his own atty to see if his wording to fold the tent or dissolve the co if the amep sponsored pre 14 RS doesnt go thru are Extortion ... Wonder if CB has checked with his attorneys about this also and weather this company sponsored verbage is a SEC violation per se(to manipulate the price down)....dont know...just wondering????
