but the SEC doesn't have any problems with the company at the moment and they are incorporated in Delaware.

And that is why I am not worried. People are ranting OSC...OSC...has stopped trading...well that is in the land up north and they did it because a TA in THEIR juristiction was screwing up. If the SEC or DTC would have felt the same it would have been halted like BHUB. Hello!
