Why don't you folks simply wait it out

or sell. The folks in charge obviously don't want to disclose anything at this point of time and you can't do anything about it. There won't be any selective disclosure for you (or us) which is even understandable (except for some selective toilet flushs).

If you want to avoid getting scammed just get out. Otherwise we have to take the risk and wait it out.
