Agreed. I read in an earlier post Cementers year end is June. This being the case it would make it easier tax wise to complete the transaction the 1st week of July IMO.

Also as per Rees, When the 1st 2 deals are done we will have 10M of profit, basing tha a5t a multiple of 10 on 2million share we have a FMV of .05.
