CALLED KANNO: I did no begging but talked for 30 min we talked..
1.) fisrt off, HUGE NEWS about china..... origanally there were 6 different drafts of production plants (a cple wks ago they sent 2 eng overs to chose a plant) it is not in production yet, bc its waiting on another CHINA JV REGULATION....(that is: we need a financail auditor to approve the books basicly from the jv partners and sign off) this will take several weeks...
2.)reade number 1 again...china deal is still in FULL swing, but this will still take several weeks if not a few months to get completed. Kanno told me that all is going well over there, its just that chinese gov is hard to work with and they take their time on everything (and they should)
3.)grey issue. IPKL has sent the 211 form to the mm's and the sec/nas..... they continue to comply and answer any and all questions pesented to them.... also that the form 211 is NOT THE ONLY WAY to get back to pink.... dont know what, but they are exploring several diiferent avenues to getting us back to pink
4.)testing state side... Brooks who we first tested for says if we can get the MSHA to sign off on our product, then we'll have our first customer.....how will we build the product....outsource if need be...
5.)more testing is and has been done, but no details could be shared! (obvious reasons)
6.) thats all. headed out and will answer q's at work!!! later all
