Call me an optimist but is it possible Giles and Co. are BUYING SHARES here? If I owned the company and was about to start production(RI) or build new facility(Mattapoisett), I would certainly like to buy back as many shares as i could at this price. Why would Aziz announce publicly a planned stock sale when he isn't required to do so? Could it be to drive the price down? How do you explain the high volumn? I think Skunks may have hit it on the head. Giles and Aziz sitting around but the agenda is to BUY back shares.

Ok this is our plan-
1) dont respond to shareholders
2) put out some BS PR
3) announce we are SELLING shares publicly
4) get the PPS drop we want and buy back 25 million+ shares

Maybe I'm an idiot but I am holding my position and wishing you all would quit dumping. Hold out and allow the bidders to move this stock up instead of caving in. If there are no sellers, the bidder has to raise his bid.

Whether it be insiders buying this stock or a trader with a huge posiiton manipulating the PPS, it doesn't matter. stock price will only fall when you panic. Stay the course and see where it goes!
