Meatloaf -- sorry to intrude but

I seem to have a problem. I have tried for 2 days to ignore someone. Unfortunately, when I click on "Ignore this Person" I receive the following:


Microsoft SQL Native Client error '80040e14'

Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'and'.

Any ideas/solutions would be appreciated.
