As long as you recognize the pattern and trade accordingly, you'll have no problems with AURC. Trouble starts you begin to accumulate the shares and hold on until buyout happens.
Right now, it looks like the main shareholders(directors and co) have abandoned this for now. Thats why there is NO PR.
