Ruby, ask yourself why would EO use Feltang as the go-between?

My belief is that Feltang is a company unaccountable to either the USA and /or Nigeria and STP,being a Virgin Island company...both legally and with regard to tax issues.

I wonder if there really was a box titled Jefferson. That mention certainly gives the article some added juice. How would he be told such information(and confirmation) ,and by whom?

And finally,it is assumed that, intaking all 118 boxes of documentation and information that they already have the documents.Again, they want to validate those documents under attorney client privelege, and "fish" facts sufficient to make a case that they cannot yet make,in light of the non-cooperation of the Nigerian and STP governments.

Take note that it appears that no coontempt of court order has been issued for the arrest of the attorney.

I would expect that the Washington firm has filed motions to protect the Houston attorney, and will take many months to resolve, and many tens of thousands of dollars.

With Jefferson as a non issue, why would one alleged bribe of $100,000 matter so much from Eo and Chrome ,doing business under ERHE? They are spending far more for these investigations than $100,000.What ,ultimately do they want to accomplish? A million dollar fine? Is that worth all the costs to the American taxpayer that they are generating?

The US govewrnment doesn't really care about the cost burdens of the American taxpayer. They simply tax and spend,or rather spend and tax.

The US government, not unlike all governments are the biggest pickpockets on the face of the earth.when you factor in each and every tax, whether federal, state, county, and local.....they take more than 75% of all our monies. And then they spend it so wantonly on so many worthless projects and programs, not to mention all those government paychecks.Let's hear it for Halliburton, the Iraq war, government subsidies and pork, international relief, and countless other expenditures.
