FYI, spoke to Turrini briefly. Says all is going very well. The interest in ASNAP is as advertised in the SH meeting - very strong. Working to finish end year 2006 filings and talking about getting off pinks. Hired a SEC specialist lawyer to help out and also a general council for the company. Court hearing will be sometime in July and he is very confident, backing up what Cohn said at SH meeting. All announcements will come out in due time and not necessarily after court case resolved (no details of course).

Said he was still working 80 hour weeks and won't rest until this is a multi billion $ company - this guy is the real deal.
