I believe you are correct in a sense. In June 2005, Preferred Properties was a supposed dividend spinoff from Union Equity. I believe a later PR mentioned that Preferred Properties changed to 24-7 Sales, Inc., which still is referenced on the web-site.

I tried emailing the co. yesterday, but the error msg indicated it wasn't a valid email address.

I went on the King Offer web site and tested selling them my house. I did receive back a confirm email and then a email telling me buying my house did not meet their requirements. At least it proved they are still active to that extent.

BTW, Red Cloud, I tried to paste a .jpg of my colt into my sig area, but it wouldn't take. Is there a secret in posting an image like you do?
