CVX?XOM? it clearly is simply for rehash to bring about pressure. TO whom? Offor? that would be my guess. THe SEC has nothing, they are going after the CHrome/Offor 100k donation. is this it? appears so. Offor admitted this years ago. THe SEc surely would not go after this if they didn't have the "push" from super majors. IMO, they are the only ones that could "ask" the SEC to even look in to this. So Offor gets fined, fine him already, Oh, that's right , they have to have more documents!
