Maybe you could explain how a stock trading at $.0004 can dump another 9.7 billion shares on the market? Now that would be a magic trick. A reverse split reduces the shares and liquidity of a stock so that won't help.

SO i could care less how many shares are authorized. They could authorize 10,000,000,000,000 shares and it does not matter. The market will only absorb so many before there is no bid. SO the change from 900 million to 10 billion is pointless in my opinion. Maybe you convince me otherwise?
