Shareholders are individuals who have joined forces as a Voice, to be heard by Management.
Management as of this past Friday became a problem.
We are being given an ultimatum. Accept this Reverse Split by Managements terms, or take a hike. This is Not the BDC any longer.
Who OWNS this company......Management......or........ Us, The SHAREHOLDERS.
As a Shareholder, a mutual Owner of this company, I oppose managements terms.
Individually, Management is dismissing us as Idiots. Their view of Shareholders is Insulting.
I propose, collectively as a Unified Voice, we address Management in saying......NO, We the Owners of this company, Reject your Terms......there ARE other Alternatives.
This fleecing must STOP!
This cant happen if everyone is fragmented. Set your differances aside!

Thru all of this confusion, folks other than yourselves are profiting.......when is it Your turn? Stop the bickering, get on the same team or your Dream will disolve from this management-employee induced nightmare.....!
