Bridget (Lady*B) is in charge of IPOs. The ones at our website are pretty much all her picks, a few fell by the wayside as is normal.

Once they've been trading arounf 6 months she lets them go their own way :)

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
