If your intentions are R/S who cares what the O/S goes too? In JF's convinced mind us who were here early on are not the real investors but rather the upfront money to build the company and position itself so other investors come on board later after the R/S...when all is flowery and pretty looking as in a new face lifted zero debt, profitable company...then maybe start the whole thing over again and dump part of your 124 million shares that might now be worth substantially more because he painted a picture the O/S is low....no debt.....and profitability on the way or already achieved...all financed by those who will be burned for his gain...of course what do I know~
