(2) The technology sales are around $500,000 per franchise I believe I read? Not a small chunk of change.

(3) Buildout cost is expected to be less than $1 - $1.5 million per restaurant for company-owned I'm 95% sure I remember reading. My educated guess from memory is $600-$800k.

(4) The ratio of company-owned to franchises is expected to be 1 company-owned for every 2 franchised owned. Obviously your numbers are grossly off if you think they'll only get $300,000 from two franchises to build one store for $1 - $1.5 million. Those numbers should match more closely -- not be off by 3-5 fold.
