Don't forget that both Gabriel and his wife were major shareholders of Biofrontera before they ever came to DNAP. Long before Biofrotera shares were available to the general public, Richard and Monica were two of less than a dozen private owners.

Also remember that the original DNAP attempt to gain an ownership position grossly overvalued Biofrontera. It was fairly embarassing and the deal had to be abandoned.
