been following this company from a distance from low pennies. arguably the most successful publically traded company in Vietnam, an economy getting global cudos. less then thrilled about halt due to noncompliance just days after I establish a position. however, getting halted today is not as relavant now as how they respond to the discipline. if they want to play with the big boys, they need to conform to the rules. watching to see with how much enthusiasm and expediency they comply. investing in a fundamentally solid stock that does not comply with SEC filings is like betting on a talented sports team that does not follow league rules.
