an important message to the ceo of gzfx....

i don't know which way to get important emails to the ceo, thru actual email or thru these boards...(since i now know that someone @ gzfx looks at these mssgs)....

i just sent a letter to the ceo:

dear mr. fleming,

thank you for responding quickly.

now, as a buyer of your affiliate starter package, i have a concern.

can i be assured, (when i sell or give away these "gzfx cards"), that the process for the new subscriber (and holder of this 1 month 3 out card) to go from card to website to sign-up screen to credit card info, etc. is a smooth, "dummy" proof process, without any tiny/large flaws within the process????

as an affiliate, i now have some responsibility. if the card & the sign up process has flaws in it. people/friends will start looking at me for explanations.

so, PLEASE, double check the whole process, go thru it and check for flaws. maybe this way, WE will be able to turn these new subscribers into longterm subscribers and reduce the churn rate.

i would hope gzfx mgmt understands why i have this concern, especially with all of the tiny flaws i have found & reported with their website.....

and i hope they either respond or at least CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR FLAWS.... it would be extremely important for them to do that.
