The only reason that he and other LL's want to send it privately is because whenever they gave out "information" before there would be little or no backup from the company in the way of announcement/revenues and they were made to look foolish by those that understod the process with this company. The company can only survive if there are revenues or there is an increase in the number of company shares sold over the years. We know they haven't had any revenues to speak of so... Guess what happened last year?! They increased the amount of outstanding shares by triple.
