No - the move will be to the AMEX not OTC

The comment period as I understand it is 30 days and you saw that NNRF made an amendment to their form 10-SB in the past and that gave the SEC 30 days to make comments again and NNRF has answered as you see as they filed amendment number 2 so again the SEC has up to 30 days to ask for more. My bet is that this will be the last and that they will get approval to move and then they will apply to the AMEX but as they already quality I think that will not take too long. I do not run either of those organizations however smile.

But I would guess that we could be on the AMEX by sometime in September if not before.

(the reason I suspect the AMEX and not NASDAQ is that the AMEX has ties to the London Exchange that makes it easier for AMEX listed firms to get listed in London and you may recall many PRs in which NNRF has mentioned wished to get on the London exchange and as you now the new ATOMPROM plans to list in London)
