i've had a little time to think about this.(THIS IS AN OPINION!)
...this current share structure really has me baffled. ok. so the dixie lee suits decide to put the nix on current shareholders with the 1000 to 1 R/S...Yeowch! run the bastard down and grab a ton of seriously devalued shares...remember these guys aren't broke! get the MM's to jack it up quickly on low volume...(with the grip of shares they "will" accumulate)...and forward split this into a situation that is viable and liquid...what do you think? i don't see many other alternatives...this is a real jack-ass way to do it, but logically it makes sense....
