there was spec that the deal was close in Dec/Jan but IMO there was some politics? involved and the deal was delayed.

I do believe the guys trying to put this together are NO scam artists.

So how can this trade down to 2.29 when I have had a bid in all day @ 2.30 and its not filled????

Lucky they gave me 500 shares so far.
