Most companies don't sell all their AS. They are on the shelf and are used when needed. Also , I believe, to get financing, they need those shares on the shelf. It all depends on how responsible CB is with those shares. If this were a company like HEC(HKN), then I would be out of here. But, up to now, CB seems to have been pretty frugal with the money spent here. Most things he has promised have come to be, Although it took alot longer than anyone would have liked.

SO, lets see what kind of plan he has in store for this company.

If I were CB, I would release a PR on the #12 tomorrow. And if that news is good, he becomes a hero from a goat.
