It seems that PTEL was the stock symbol that was used by Powertel years ago. The report on Telstra had made some reference to Powertel and the Brokers incorrectly related Powertel with their old stock symbol and hence incorrectly associated the the Telstra report with PTEL, which is now used by Petel Inc.
