Not the MM's its your broker. If you have a GTC for example to sell at .008 for example or ever how high you can go with it, some people don't trade and some only have a couple of stocks and are not active traders. Sure you can cancel, change it or whatever, but two things can happen here. They can use those shares and place and use and FTD, and it tells them on average how many people are wanting to sell in a given range. Imo these are the accounts they prey on and its this information they can share with the MM that works for them. If your GTC order is that far away the MM doesn't see it.
