Just FYI because it just came up today on another board.
The color codes in the T&S do not indicate buy or sell.

Green is a transaction above or at the current price.
Red is a transaction below the current price.

The only way you can see if it was a buy or sell is to either have made the purchase or sell, know someone personally whom did or have level 1 which is not available to the public as far as I know.
