FYI on HEC, they just approved a RS last week and kept their AS the same.. seems to be something not so uncommon. fyi

they filed the sched 14A on April 2, for a voting date of june 5th.

we havent even got that far yet..so, this will take awhile. alot can happen between no and then, production wise.
