I have not been able to trade since may 24th (buy or sell) I use noble trade and since the OSC halt, I have been halted also. They have explained it as since the OSC halted, the DTC got wind of it and, POOF no trading thru noble. I have argued with them but did no good, they insist there is a global halt as they call it, but can't explian why there are over a million trades a day. I for one will be glad when the 25th gets here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
